Payment Methods and Terms of Delivery

Payment Methods

For purchasing our products there are two payment methods available at the moment. (This will be extended in the future).

The first one is; Gumroad, we use Gumroad for selling our products for now. We do know it's not professional but we are working on to make it.

The second one is; Direct Debit Payment, in order to pay one of our products with direct debit payment, please send an email to the following email address: with the subject “Payment by direct debit”

Order Information

We will contact you as soon as possible with all the detail. (We are working to improve it).

Delivery

We reserve the right to cancel the order if the customer has repeatedly failed the payment. The delivery process will be initiated after we receive the payment. Processing- and delivery time after received payment is approximately 14 business days

Return and Refund Policy

Returns;

Original Artworks: Due to the uniqueness and irreplaceability of original artwork, we do not accept returns.

Refunds; Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

➔ If we accidentally send you the wrong artwork or in case of damage.

➔ If your purchased products (Fine Art Prints, Notebooks, Merchandise ect) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop.product.refund@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Import fees

The customer is responsible for paying import or customs fees upon entering the country. The specific import costs vary from country to country, which makes it impractical to establish a standardized amount during the online ordering process
